The community is planned near the intersection of Barnett Shoals Road and Forest Road in Athens, Georgia, with convenient access to Eastside shopping, dining, parks, downtown Athens and the University of Georgia.
How many homes are planned?
The current community plan includes 28 residences. Final plans and the total number of homes are subject to change as development progresses.
What types of homes will be available?
Green Acres is expected to offer three distinct cottage-style home designs. Additional information about floor plans, features and finishes will be released as it becomes available.
